NO PINK THOUGHTS TODAY!

Thirty-six years ago today, my son, Jeff was born in North Carolina. He was such a cute baby and was alway good too. We lived there until he was about a year old and then we moved to Texas for a while. He is handsome, smart, and loves God. GOD IS GOOD! ALL THE TIME! The picture at the right was taken on Christmas day after assisting Santa Claus all night in putting thing together. It was a great Christmas. Below, you can see Jeff
playing on Garrett's DS. Jeff is a good uncle. He plays with both of the twins, Garret & Taylor, like he is one of them and they love him dearly.
Garrett & Taylor in their Christmas Cookie Baking Hats. What fun we have! Next time we go down we will take a picture of the wall they are painting. Garrett is taking Karate and Taylor is taking Tap dance.

Ray is conducting a Parliamentary Workshop at the Hampton Library on Saturday. He is a Professional Registered Parliamentarian. We became involved in the National Association of Parliamentarians about 17 years ago in Virginia Beach. We both enjoy it but he decided to study more than I did. The tests are mind-boggling. I love being able to control a meeting so you can get home on time, but I hate tests. Ray is now the Parliamentarian for our Church, the Baptist General Association of Virginia, Newport News Host Lions Club, District 24-D of the Lions Club and the State Parliamentarian for the 5 Lions Districts in Virginia. He knows his business. He has been looking into working for some other organizations (i.e., businesses, churches, non-profits). It can be a profitable venture if you are very good. One of the members in the VA Beach Unit was the parliamentarian for the Syncronized Swim Team for the Olympic Committee. It is very interesting and certainly keeps your brain working.

Ray at Christmas. Handsome, wonderful man that he is. I love him dearly. Ray has quite a testimony from 1999 when he had Guillian-Barre Syndrome after having nose surgery. He is 100% now and that is unusual. It usually leave some residual affects.

Time to Say Goodnight and do my Devotions. GOD is GOOD, ALL the TIME!!!!

John 15:4-5 (New International Version)
4Remain in me, and I will remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.
5"I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.
